Based in the Madison area, I have 8 years of experience in repairing appliances and worked in the factory building them from 2001—2010. I take pride in my workmanship for all repairs and deliver prompt, quality service.

A service fee of $130.00 will get you an honest quote for the repair, a standard diagnostic, and a 90-day warranty. Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Call now for $20 off your first service!

Our Process

Appliance Repair Step 1

Starting with your initial call, we assess what could be wrong with your machine without immediately coming out to your house. We ask some baseline questions, and once we have an idea of what we’ll need to begin, we will schedule a time that works for everyone.

Appliance Repair Step 2

We come on an initial service call, and if possible, we make the repair on the spot. This initial service call is $130.00. If we can’t make the repair on the spot, we’ll order the parts we need and return to make the repair at a later date.

Appliance Repair Step 3

If needed, we return with the ordered parts and make the required repairs. About 90% of the time, this is the end of the project! However, one in every 15 calls requires additional service that wasn’t detected in the initial testing for one reason or another.
